No seige equipment

This has only happened once so far but I couldn't buy seige equipment so had to just hold seige until they ran out of food.

Is this a known bug?

The actual seiging is hard coded, so EB can't vhange anything about that. Unless your general had somany bad traits that they put his building points to 0.

For ballistas and the like; they are only recruitable in some provinces and for the Romans everywhere but only after the Marian reforms.

I was unable to make .. After a couple of hours play it hasn't happened again so I'm thinking it ws a one off..

AsI said, it's either traits or RTW, because that part of RTW is not modable.
