Van Dyck should have NEVER been let go, or left depending on the circumstances. His music for Rome and Medieval II were simply EPIC!

Van Dyck's as good as it gets in PC gaming soundtracks, as far as I'm concerned. Though Freelancer had some pretty slick tracks in the bars and parts shops.

The music for Empire and Napoleon sucks majorly hairy sweaty ball sacks. Van Dyck is the bomb. There's no one like him. He's like heavy classical on a synthesizer. Can't get enough of those insane drums of all shapes and sizes. He has a gift for setting mood, and for interpreting ancient music in a modern light. And his wife Angela has the voice of an angel. I want to shAG HER!

I don't think engaging in sexual intercourse with his wife will help the situation.

Sure it would. Can you imagine how angry Jeff would be if he found me in bed with his wife? It'd magnify the intensity of his Total War music tenfold. His battle tunes, for example, would be his artistic interpretation of ripping my spine out with his bare hands. I'd love to hear it!

    If I'm reading these dates right and it's not a glitch... may 26 2010 >>> may 29 2010 > June 09 2011

Unless there's something wrong with my computer, that was a mega necropost there Slarty (Not meaning to be offending about it in any way).

EvilNelson666: If your wife is such a hag, surely you wouldn't mind if I "borrowed" her for a minute or so? There's no need for any "accidents" -- unless of course it's one of these:

He is known for the BAFTA he received for his work on Shogun TW. I haven't payed much attention to Shogun2 lately due to unfortunate circumstances, but my ears tell me much of what you are listening to in game is either the same music or an updated version. So he's definitely back if not in full.

Yes, get this man back where he belongs. His music was a part of what made games like Rome and Medieval II so enjoyable to play.
