Promethean Sun, yeah I haven't read that. Aurelian is absolutely mind bogglingly amazing but then again it is ADB so no surprises there.

I didn't pay that much for Scars fortunately otherwise I wouldn't have paid an inflated price, like yourself. Just more of the crap from GW, amazing products/some good gaming/amazing writers but amazingly inept management that hate their fans seemingly.

because companies like that are not run by people that actually have a passion for what they do. they are run by people that simply want to get paid loads.

i hate the limited edition novellas that we dont see for years. i dislike missing out on tonnes of stuff they put out at the horus heresy weekenders and gamesdays , though i can understand the latter (giving people incentive to go etc..and those usually turn up in an anthology later on..)

Those pictures are amazing, but it doesn't change the fact that the Imperium lost badly in that battle(at least what I gather from Lexicanum)

True but it wasn't as one-sided as it was stated in the Tau Codex.

The knights were so devastating that they were tearing apart Tau Battlesuits and Hammerhead gunships left and right it was only when Shadowsun deployed all available Riptide suits that they had to pull back.

Apparently they are retconning it. Battle had Space Marines now so it was a phyrric victory rather than a curbstomp.

Damn, It would have been more interesting to have the Imperium have a disastrous defeat rather than the Tau having a Pyrrhic victory.
At least that way, the Tau would pose a threat to mankind that sets it apart from the Orks, Tyranids, Chaos, and so on.
