Stainless Steel - Quicker Gameplay

Hey, I am starting a new campaign and im remembering how boring it can be waiting an hour to go through 6 turns to make 1 building. Im wondering if there is a way to make it that every turn is more years than it is now. Faster gameplay is what i mean i suppose.

That wouldn't lead to faster game play at all.

If building an empire is boring maybe you're playing wrong game. Don't you do anything else per turn, like handle rebels or do some politics?

You would have to go thru many files to change build times of all the structures as the only real time change you can do is turns per year on the timescale but the amount of years doesn't matter as everything is built on a per turn basis.

If you want to speed up the game you can reduce some scripts but the best you can hope for is 30 seconds per turn or something on a very good machine. I get about 1 min 40 with scripts reduced.
