Stuttery Campaign Map

Is this a known bug? It looks like video lag, but my computer can definitely handle the campaign map as it doesn't even stutter in a battle. I can be zoomed all the way in or all the way back but basically as I scroll, the camera jumps and stutters while I am scrolling. It makes a very un-smooth gliding motion with the camera.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Quite common I think. I have it too, even with lots of RAM and an SSD where Empire is installed.

Hi Z Weapon Z, indeed, it is a common problem. It seemed far more common on Empire though and gets worse in late game scenarios. Not sure if there is a fix but I would try turning off AA and see if that helps, even though your computer can handle battles, campaign map stuttering seems to affect many.
