METW2 and MOD disk space question

I was scaning my computer and i noticed certain files still exist for certain mods that should of been uninstalled. The mod in question is third age and my METW2 folder is 20,666 mbs and the same for kingdoms. Do i have to uninstall METW2 to reduce the large file size?

hmm well if you uninstall metw2 then you cant play it? can you just uninstall the mod? im not sure exactly what you want to do, delete everything or still play medieval and the mod

I uninstalled the mod but still have its files.
