    Default 0 turn mod?

I was wondering if there is any sub-mods for IB that implements 0 turn recruitment quite well? If so, can anyone direct me to the sub-mods?

I find the concept of 0 turn recruitment makes the game fun in a different kind of way, where you do not have to wait forever to build up an army.

I don't know, but you can always set all recruitment manually to 0. Although it takes time to do it.

You know, in my install of RS I always activate the 1-turn-recruitment option for all the factions but I modify the files for the Roman faction only into 1-turn recruitment. I do this because during the repulic the Roman manpower was almost limitless and they could recruit armies hardly with any difficulties, but I never do that in the IB mods as it was much more harder for the Empire to raise armies. Of course, that's just a personal preference in terms of gameplay. There are no sub-mods that I know of, but modifying the files is not really hard. Good luck.

Doesn't that depends on the era as well? The expansion of the Roman army by Diocletian is one time where huge amount of units were raised.

The same can be said about the rebuilding of the Gallic army under Julian.

the problem with changing the files to 0-turn yourself is that it can mess around with game balance

True, which is why I asked if there's a 0 turn mod where the game has been rebalanced.

Generally,I am interested in your opinion due 0-turn recruitment.
So far in V8 we do have that for some (very low-quality) units.
