Any way to easily convert between DM and Vanilla?

This mod has been awesome since I installed it a few hours ago, already taking most of Great Britain. Though I forgot to factor in this: I make videos on youtube, and in the middle of a campaign. So, is there a way? I'm fine with just copying the current files into a separate folder, uninstall RTW, and re-install, So I can simply switch them out when I want to play the other. I just want to be sure there's not a simpler, faster way, where all I have to do is remove two files.

At this point, there isn't. I believe there is a way to make mods which do not install in a seperate folder (like this one)... well... install in a seperate folder! (Like EB), but I can't find it right now.

I always have multiple copies of all these games installed. If you are using the BI.exe I believe you can use my mod to install to a new folder
