As the title suggests, I am looking to add a bit of variation to the textures in R:TW, as I find it annoying how several thousand barbarians charging at me ALL look identical.
I have had a history of skinning with Dawn of War, and the texture files for 'random' models have repeated textures (i.e 4 head variations instead of one). I'm just not sure how to implement this into Rome, I know in Medieval there are random textures, so I'm hoping I would be able to simply use the concept from that. My guess is unwrapping the model in max and essentially copying the desired area of randomness across the different repeated elements, but what do I know?
