    Default Lag with multiple Armies

    DOes anyone get extremely low fps when there are more than 3 armies on the field at once??
    They weren't extremely huge and was running smoothly until the 4th army entered the battlefield. The 4th army only had 4 unit cards.

    The thing is I would have been able to run it perfectly it they had been fused into 1 larger army.

    that's... strange. Mabe it takes more system resources when they're separate.

    Your graphic card is pretty weak men, im using a 9800 gt 1 gb ram , 2GB memory ddrI , cpu 4400 + dual core amd,some other stuff, and i run the game on maxed! high quality gameplay, unit scale Large just cuz in real life its the same.

    maybe u should play on on a lower unit scale or on Large and lower graphic settings, try to go to your Nvidia driver settings and go for performance settings , hope i helped a little bit even.

    His Cpu has little to do with it, he's running direct x 11 probly up 2 date cpu drivers etc... his ram is fine , only his graphic's card is low, as i gave him some tips how to gain more performance that should help him out, most of his stuff are better then mine even , and he should fix his graphic card settings maybe its running very heavy graphic's , lower to performance then re try playing , if still laggy , try Large unit scale, if still laggy , try some ingame settings.

    RTW runs on 2 cpu's atomaticly, Cpu 1 = 1 Cpu 0 = 1 = 2 cpu's running it, checktask manager for that.

    Seems your processor might be lacking (RTW only uses one core) and the RAM could also be better.. The videocard seems good enough. But still, imo RTW should run just fine with that system.. I suggest turning unit detail to medium, because the look will be just the same but instead the game uses 2d sprites from afar. It boosted my RTW performance massively with larger battles on my old pc. You might also want to disable shadows.
