    well if it is not an island, I would hope that your team can make it an island, for it seized to be an island in the 300s, and this mod, from what i read, happens before the 300s

    Why would you chose Babylonia if you want to start small? Seems to me that they'll be the second largest faction after Assyria.

    The 'big' factions are Assyria, Medes and Egypt.
    How could you possibly not catagorize the Babylonians as a 'big' faction?! Seems to me that they were the only one capable of mounting a lasting and enduring resistence to the Assyrians.

    Babylon wasn't big until the conquered the Assyrian Empire. At this time I think they were actually rather small. My vote went to Assyria btw...really want to play as them

    Considering they controlled southern half of Mesopotamia with a number of significent urban centres I doubt they were small in any way. Hell, how they were on of the few groups that regurarly went up against the Assyrians and got around to beat the Assyrians themselves. It seems to me that the Babylonians were actually the main opponents of the Assyrians during the time-frame.

    But I'll try not to about it needlessly.

    Actually in this time in the middle of 8th century Babylon was conquered by Assyria, but unlike other conquered regions or Kingdoms it had it's own Governing system and was considered as rather equal part of Assyria, but Babylonians didn't control much territory, before they rebelled from Assyria

    the fact is that even before Assyria conquered Babylon and our Mod begins in time when it was still free, Babylon didn't have much regions due to Assyria who conquered everyone and made kind of circle around Babylon
