Hovering Agent Icons on Campaign Map

Hello to all,

I had managed to change the faction Savoy to a major and playable faction. Furthermore, following some tutorials, I did customize both campaign and battle map flags and units etc.. However, the only thing I failed is CHANGING THE CIRCULAR ICONS OF THE AGENTS HOVERING ON THEM IN THE CAMPAIGN MAP?!? I could not find the questioned icons' file in any of the patch files, searched almost every modding threads, no information, no clue.

Any help will be useful.

I'm not sure those are moddable, but I only know what others have told me, so I'm sure others know better than myself.
