    Default Carcass VS. Quicklime

Is there any information that describes the differences in these or other artillery modes? I'm just wondering why I would want to research Quicklime when I already have Carcass as an option.
    Thanks

Quicklime is basically an upgraded version of carcass. It does more damage and spreads over a larger area.

Percussion shells are an upgrade of explosive shells, which do more damage and don't explode in mid-air.

In my experience, explosive/percussion do more damage than carcass/quicklime, but are a lot less accurate, and for that reason, I mostly use quicklime.

    Hope that helps.

And quicklime is far more damaging to the morale. So it's great right before a fire fight. In Napoleon, I believe the gas does more damage.

Throw them away and use Explosive, pretty fireworks.
