    Icon5 Keyboard does not work as it should!

    This is really annoying, suddenly this morning the keyboard went crazy, it is very difficult to type this right now.
    The problem is that some times, buttons do not respond, then I have to push them hard and carefully for them to work. The second problem is that I can't hold them down anymore, if I do only one character appears, this is especially annoying when I'm trying to delete something I've written. I can imagine how it will be to play games now...

    Also, It's on a laptop, so I can't replace it.

    Bummer

    Just another reason not to buy a laptop and expect it to work after the warranty period is over.

    Find out then. If you're still under warranty then by all means send it in.

    You can replace laptop keyboards, I am pretty sure. I'm sorry, I can't give much help but I'm sure if you google and look around there will be blueprints for your laptop. My dad had to take the keyboard out of his laptop once, in order to reach almost all parts of it. I'm pretty sure it is removable, because I remember specifically that is the only way to reach the screen connections etc.

    The keyboard is one of the easiest parts to remove on a laptop (most of them atleast). But try calling the support and they'll most likely send you a new one if you are under warranty.
