    Just because they're a political party doesn't mean they can't be sued. They're in a very small minority. I expect they don't mind paying any fines out of donations, but I'd think they risk jail time as well. Perhaps they don't care about that either, though. The goal seems to be more to make a point than to provide a permanent home for TPB.
