Holy roman empire as a united and one state
I was playing the game with sardinia.Suddenly all provinces within holy roman empire turned into a country called holy roman empire.All the states have vanished without any war or some state's domination.They just turned into holy roman empire.How does it happen?

It's the end result of a series of decisions by the Holy Roman Emperor.
When you're in the HRE menu, you can see the different decrees you can implement at the upper right. The last one creates the HRE as one state.

Apparently, the Emperor in your game was powerful and well-liked enough to increase his power base over the HRE until he had enough power to dissolve all boundaries and create the HRE as a single entity.

lol, i've heard that for anyone playing as a european nation in this expansion, the ultimate goal is to prevent the HRE from getting that much imperial authority
It might be one of the reasons I don't have HTTT. Or maybe it's because I'm lazy.

I dont think i've ever seen the HRE form by an AI, but then I play mods like MEIOU and WWM though I dont think that has anything to prevent this.

An AI HRE? Op, you have witnessed perhaps the rarest sight to behold in EU.
Rarer than a Scottish GB, Norwegian Scandanavia, Aragonese Spain and a non-Vijayanagar dominated India combined. I have seen all of these, never an AI HRE.

What? I get an AI HRE all the time. Didn't realize they were so rare.
They're not much of a threat though. They will only have the armies of the nation who actually forms it, so unless it's Austria or Bohemia that's almost nothing. And they'll have a shotload of rebellions.
