Hotseat issue

Hey guys, I've been monkeying around with the hotseat trying to get it work. I got Hotseat to work with being able to defend a battle and not autoresolve it. (Since I play with friends on just one computer.)

My issue is, Ireland, Normany and two other factions can't be played in Hotseat. They can in single player, but not in hotseat. I've been looking for about two hours on how to fix this, either I'm blind or the issue is/has been solved. Here is a copy of my log to show you all. It loads, and I can play just about every other faction, but those 4, and its bugging the crap out of me because those 2 are my favorite(Ireland and Normany)

Toss some words of wisdome, flame me, troll me, destroy me, what ever, I'm getting a bit desperate as for once I'm at a loss as to what to do. I can't think of how to unlock those 4 and get them to work in the game.
