    Hi all,

Here is the complete file. Sorry for the delay but was not aware I could attach a 10Mb zip file to my earlier thread. So here it is and I hope this helps some of you guys.

It is a one volume guide on M2TW based on all available guides currently on the net. Much editing and rewriting was done to make it more like a reference doc.

Thanks for working through that, perhaps there's a way to make it into a "proper" interlinked online wiki ?

    (not complaining, just suggesting )

I am all for that but I don't know diddly about the Wiki project but as I have previously stated in another thread last week I am completely open to providing the MS Word file to any of the responsible parties. I just haven't heard from them.

I see there have been 19 hits on the file so far. Thats great. I hope everyone gets some use out of it.

    Still an interesting thing.
Just open new threads about your Mpedia topics and collect info.

Aaagh! the dreaded spelling error. I'm sure its not the only one! I will make a note for future revision. Thanks.

I have had the MPedia together since March but did not post it until recently because I see a lot of questions on this forum from new(er) players that could be answered with the MPedia.

Yeah right. I plan to do a revision at some point but that is probably based on feedback.

The thing is, I had to work at keeping this to ONLY 240 pgs. It could easily have been over 500 pgs with all the great guides this community has produced.

I had even thought about doing a Volume II that focuses on factions and unit types but not sure if and when that would ever happen.

    Oh, Another mistake I think.....
    "Gunpowder 1340"
I don't know if you were talking about it is set in mods but in vanilla it happens in 1240 because I am a beginner of M2 TW and I am currently playing as England in Vanilla and now the year is just 1258.. and having access to Gunpowder in 1240, I have just tested my culverins in the Siege of Frankfurt...... Pls check this too PM.. Thanks
Yeah you should fill some more things like Withstanding the Black Death or Dealing with Gunpowder units..
And as a beginner I want to know how the Black Death will happen. I worry of my characters from having affected.... and thus add more how to deal with plagues.....
Over the course of 300 years I have lost more than 20 characters from plague....and I don't think I would make it through the black death event

Thanks. Those are some good areas that could use some clarification.

It would be easier to maintain to put on a wiki than in files. At least you wouldn't have to worry about fixing those spelling errors. Good job on compiling it.

I planned on doing something later this year, probably in the Fall. Things are busy right now personally and this type of thing take a lot of time to do.

With over a hundered hits on the file so far there seems to be a need for this type of compilation. I have saved your suggestions and agree completely, its just a matter of time allocation.

    Good Gaming!
