multiple mods
Is it possible to install in the same MTW2 folder 3 mods ? ( i mean Third Age+Call of Warhammer+Thera )
If yes how can i ?

As long as they are modfoldered (Third Age, for example, is) it`s no problem to install 10000 mods. Just install them like normal.

Just install them. They should all be "mod foldered" meaning they will be entirely contained in their own folder within ...\M2TW\mods\
So, \M2TW\mods\Third Age\ ; \M2TW\mods\CoW\ etc.
And you'll still be able to play vanilla Kingdoms just fine, too. Nothing overwritten.

Usually you can read it in the mod/download description. Most of the time mods are mod foldered.
