I have installed and followed all the rules as well but i can't find the exe of SPQR mod an when i start rome total war no changes.
Pls help

You've done one or all of the following things wrong. I'm guessing you are using Vista?

1.) You have UAC active.
2.) You installed RTW in your program files folder.
