Campaign start CTD

As the title says, when ever I try to start a campaign, the game CTDs, I already tried reinstalling once. I don't see why it would be doing this either, I've never had this problem with RS before.

There must be something wrong with your files , maybe 1 of them is corrupted?
did u download RS1.6 as a RAR file or just instant unpack file?

Most rar files get corrupted if your CPU is overclocked and then it makes mistakes unpacking these files now mayeb u missing few files and some corrputed u cant play the game.

whell its 1 of my experiance's i had , i had CPU clocks back on standart and whola the files didnt mess up my game.

or just reinstall all offical patch's of RTW's, then RS1.6 +1.6a , if u have vista try to install them as ADMIN.


install all patch's as ADMIN that shouyld work also!

Yea men .. uhm just google the offical TWR patch should be like4-5 offical patch's +RS1.6+1.6a after those , i realy hope i helped u

I meant the RS 1.6a patch.
Sadly that didn't help.
