This differed very much from army to army and also within the different armed forces from periode to periode, and even more, from unit to unit within the respective army.

For example, at Waterloo a French battalion had about 500 men. The regiment was composed of two or three battalions, this differed from RGT to RGT. The brigade was usually composed of 2 RGTs. This makes 2,000 to 3,000 men.

A Prussian battallion had around 800 men, and the regiment three BNs. Brigades were composed of 3 RGTs, making some 7,000 to 8,000 men.

British battallions fielded around 600-1000 men, but of each regiment there usually was only BN present, save for the Guards. There was no fixed number of units per brigade, what could have been composed of two to four BNs, numerbing total between 2,000 and 3,000 men.

There should be plenty, but I don't have them. I recall a number of 300 vessels for England.

This is taken from "Napoleon's Wars" by Charles Esdaile. The figures are for around 1803-1805 period, so they are a ballpark estimate considering the Napoleonic Wars encompassed such a long period of time.

France - 23 Ships of the Line - 265 Infantry Battalions - 322 Cavalry Squadrons - 202 Artillery Batteries (Total Strength = 300,000 active, easily replaceable manpower)
Spain - 32 Ships of the Line - 153 Infantry Battalions - 93 Cavalry Squadrons - 40 Artillery Batteries (Total Strength = 130,000 active, only if called upon by Napoleon)
    Britain - 34 Ships of the Line (77 in reserve) - 115 Infantry Battalions - 140 Cavalry Squadrons - 40 Artillery Batteries (Total Strength = 130,000 active)
Austria - (No ship number given) - 255 Infantry Battalions - 322 Cavalry Squadrons - 125 Artillery Batteries (Total Strength = 300,000 active)
    Russia - 44 Ships of the Line - 359 Infantry Battalions - 341 Cavalry Squadrons - 229 Artillery Batteries (Total Strength = 400,000 active)
Prussia - Navy Negligible - 175 Infantry Battalions - 156 Cavalry Squadrons - 50 Artillery Batteries (Total Strength 254,000 active)

All naval numbers given are of course the large ships-of-the-line, and thus corvettes, frigates, brigs, etc. are all excluded.

After researching a little more it appears Austria only fielded in 1805 one corvette and two brigs. Prussia's navy was also so pathetic and miniscule that it can be thrown out the window as well.

If it pleases you I can list many of the smaller states of Europe as well.

By request, here are the "minor" states of Europe (or at least some of them).

France's Allies (only strength listed is those contributed to France, other forces are negligible)
Batavian Republic (Holland) - 15 Ships of the Line - 28 Infantry Battalions - 12 Cavalry Squadrons - Artillery Undocumented (Had to provide transports for 62,000 men and 4,000 horses to France)
Italian Republic - 16 Infantry Battalions - 8 Cavalry Squadrons - 13 Artillery Batteries (Annual subvention to France of 20 million Francs)
Genoa - Small transport fleet - Ground forces negligible (Transport fleet and all ships given over to France)
Ligurian Republic - (6,000 sailors given to French control)
Switzerland - 16 Infantry Battalions - 4 Artillery Batteries (Strength in French Army must remain at least 16,000)
    Bavaria - 28 Infantry Battalions - 24 Cavalry Squadrons - 11 Artillery Batteries
Denmark (officially neutral at the time) - 20 Ships of the Line - 30 Infantry Battalions - 36 Cavalry Squadrons - Artillery Batteries Unknown
    Baden - 9 Infantry Battalions - 7 Cavalry Squadrons - 2 Artillery Batteries

Coalition (or those nations likely to or favorable to the Coalition at the time)
Portugal - 8 Ships of the Line (escaped when France invaded in 1807) - 28 Infantry Battalions - 48 Cavalry Squadrons - 32 Artillery Batteries (50,000 at full strength, all units understrength and therefore total was around 30,000 active)
Naples - Organization Undocumented (Numbered at 10,000 of potential 24,000 it should have fielded)
    Brunswick - 4 Infantry Battalions - 4 Cavalry Squadrons
    Saxony - 32 Infantry Battalions - 40 Cavalry Squadrons - 12 Artillery Batteries

The smaller states are obviously much harder to document (even some of the larger German states are modern historians' estimates), but to my regret Sweden and the Ottoman Empire are not given.
