A Very Old HP

Hey guys, recently my buddy has been tired of the lag on his PC whenever he attemps to play Empire so he wants a cheap upgrade that will run Empire on lowest setings on 1280x1024 resolution. He has an HP Pavillion Media Center, model: 061 ER89AA-ABA a1410n. That was a mouthful :p anyway I looked it up online and it has PCI Express x16 slot, but I culdnt find the power supply on it and he was wondering if the pc will be able to take the graphic card. I know the 9500 GT is no exactly gonne do smooth on empire but he doesn't wanna go over $70.

try the HD 4670 the lowest card for you to not worry with 12+ rails and such, or you can try the gt240 it would give you better performance, but I'm currently out on the price thing
