Is Gunpowder Smoke in Battle Possible?
I was just messing with my new copy of Napoleon TW and was stunned to find that maxing out particle effects resulted in billowing clouds of gunpowder smoke on the battlefield. It is GREAT!
Anyone know if this is supported with Empire?

Re: Is Gunpowder Smoke in Battle Possible?
Several mods have this implemented. There's a separate smoke mod in the modding forums somewhere.
To Subaltern: Yes, every junior officer may carry a Field Marshal's baton in his knapsack, but we think you'll discard that to make room for an extra pair of socks before very long.

Re: Is Gunpowder Smoke in Battle Possible?
It was not put in ETW by CA because they apparently could not retrofit stuff from NTW into ETW. But Modders have worked miracles and managed to make Mods that add billowing smoke. It really adds to immersion and reality. You can get in 3 varieties in Darthmod or find it as a standalone. I don`t have a link, but look in the mods section.
Short answer is ETW defintely can have billowing smoke, thanks to the tireless modders.
