Reloading Bug

I started having this problem two days ago after playing EB for months. Every ten seconds (!) or so, the screen reloads as if I had just alt-tabbed into the game. It makes both the campaign and battle map totally unplayable.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
2 gb RAM
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz
ATI Radeon x1950 pro graphics card

Fully updated graphics driver
All windows updates installed

I would begin with checking if you changed anything related to EB before two days ago, like updating the graphic-drivers, applying patches to Windows. After that you may want to start RTW alone and see if it has the same problem. The last idea from my side would be to add/delete '-ne' to your shortcut's target line or change the option 'Windowed' in the Trivial Script options.
