My bc.cfg won't open

As is says above, my bc.cfg file won't open, it says its corrupted or something. Although the game works fine, I want to add hotseat to it, and I need to change some stuff inside the file, but like I said before it won't open since its apparently corrupted.

If anyone could help me, I would be very grateful!

Use some decent notepad application, like Notepad++, or something, to open the file.

I have trouble too i download 2.02 and installed the application thing... but no shortcut popped up or anything! Nothing works!

Could you be more specific?

Did you install 2.0 and then 2.02? Or did you install 2.02 on M2TW?

oh nevermind, I figured it out, but I do have one last question, the reason I wanted to open my bc.fg was to have hotseat for Broken Crescent, although it now works, my current problem is that I have to go through the main campaign, and select the factions I want to be, but can't I just have it so that a new "hotseat" button is there on the multilayer screen?

There is no new hotseat buton or menu in BC Multiplayer Menu. But I think it can be add with a new menu add-on. I remember that I saw this hotseat menu in Bare Kingdoms mod. I think you can ask it to Gigantus (Author of Bare Kingdoms).

For Hotseat; you must add these lines into bc.cfg file (with notepad) and make it "read only".

Than you can start a hotseat game like a normal campaign game in normal campaign menu.
