Roma Surrectum 1.6a Riverbattle CTD

Hi guys,

I am experiencing an ennoying CTD in RTW RS mod. I reinstalled the mod and tried again.

Normal landbattles are played without any problems. But when it comes to close combat in riverfights the game just crashes. When I smash 12 legions through a narrow rivercross the game crashes.

My specs:

CPU: Duo Core E8400 OC to 4.05 GHZ from 3.0ghz
GPU: GeForce GTX 470
Harddisk: WD Caviar Blue 500GB
Motherboard: ASUS P5N-E SLI
Memory: 4 gb RAM

I hope someone could tell me what the issue in my game is? Surely no performance issue because in such fights I get 25 fps or more, all settings on high.
