    Default Time of Soldiers

    Hello.

    Im playing a Casse campaign now and have already time of bondsmen reform but i can't get the time of soldiers reform. I just biulded 6 large temples, 4 large cities and 6 great markets (level 3).

    Anyone knows what i have done wrong?

    Lol, soory for posting here i just discovered there is already a thread for these kind of questions...
