I've posted twice in EB1 and no one replied. I am sorry to post this message here, but I would really appreciate a response by someone who knows.

I've searched the forums, but for some reason I couldn't find anything on how to change recruitment locations. I would like to be able to recruit certain germanic units with casse once I build the appropriate level MIC. Is somebody able to provide me a step-by-step process on how to do this?

Well, it doesn't look like it. But there are more than enough modding tutorial threads out there to mod the EDB yourself. Always back up, and good luck.
