Playing with the Kingdoms.exe?

Hey guys , I wanted to know if there was a "submod" that makes BC using the Kingdoms.exe and allows me to change the number of men in an unit to 250 men?
I saw that LestaT made it for the previous BC version(1.02) but none for BC 2.02.
Or could someone tell me how to do it?

There is a version in the BC Tech Help forum, but it's not properly ported. You need to read the whole thread and modify some files according to fans comments.

There's also a new EDU with higher troops numbers implemented.

It will take you some time to get it to work, but it's nothing hard, really.
