Landlocked Territory

All,

How does commerce work with landlocked territories ???

If I have adjacent territories with ports -will I then get all produce/materials from all items in that region ???

Will it be transported over several regions to an operational port ???

As far as I know it just travels along land via roads. The ports only get used if you aren't adjacent to your trade partner via land. You can tell which ports are being used by the dotted line coming out of the port.

For landlocked territories, I would just make sure you have the best roads possible built. That should maximize profit.
