Russians gave west to Armenians, actually settled them there forcefully from Ottoman and Persian territories, gave south to Iran, Borchali to Georgia and took Derbent for itself for strategical purposes. Population are still Azerbaijani Turk in those areas except for Armenia in result of ethnic cleansing.

A revolt in Georgia and Iran are highly possible. I believe at least those areas will join Azerbaijan.

I meant Iranian in the political sense not the ethnic sense, i find that defining nationality on ethnicity leads to a whole world of potential contradictions and hatred. So i stick to the political identification.
