Pure Bloodline (mod idea/question)

While playing this game ive always felt bad about beeing forced to adobt random generals to the royal family so my question is very simple.
Is there a way to remove the adoption but to still get extra generals the same way it works now (with new region captured it offers you an adoption or victorious captain is promoted to general) but without general beeing offered to royal family but they will pop up like Boromir/Faramir in RR+RC or Aragorn in vanilla.

In this way the Royal Family would have pure bloodline and not filled with random dudes but you'd still have named generals around to lead your armies or to govern your settlements.
