    sablja is turic origin. and yes, there is one single-edge short sword that is mentioned in texts with serbian medieval army, named korda (eng. corda). but we cannot say how did it look...

    Nice units! however u did not answer my question. Are Sabres/Sablje are commonly going to be used in the serb/bos/bul factions?

    well, yes, but only later period units. well, there are some thoughts that sablja existed before turks, but no such evidence...

    some units like archers and hussars - yes they will have sabres
