You can do that easily. Open startpos in data\campaigns\NTF\2\ folder then go in [..] CAMPAIGN_PREOPEN_MAP_INFO/PLAYERS_ARRAY/PLAYERS_ARRAY/ find the faction you like (these you mention are at the end of the list) and change middle False to True.

I only have one problem: if i try to launch it, it suddenly gives the error "...is no valid Win32 application"

how can i solve this problem?

Strange error... Have you created a user.script.txt file? Also if you have Vista try to run it as an admin.

Uninstall it, and my NTW is ruined. I can't launch the game....it's my fault.

Nothing is ruined, just delete from user.script.txt the command of the mod.

ok i downloaded it and set it up, BUUUUUUUUT when i want to play either SP campaign, the bat. files reads 1 file hasnt opened and the program will say another instance of NTW is running when there isnt obviously open, But after I restart the pc it would doable steam and say more steam programs r running, what the hell happened an how can i remidate this issue i have

You've messed something up.. When you get the message "another instance of NTW is running when there isnt obviously open" press alt+ctrl+del to start Task Manager, go in Process tab find Napoleon.exe and click on End Process button. I suggest to uninstall the mod and let Steam check and correct any damaged files. Repeat the process twice. Here you can see how. Then reinstall the mod following exactly the instructions. First of all you have to make a user.script.txt file where you'll add mod command...

I found a solution to every1's issues, u ppl need to download/install NTW modmanager, I found out it's a whole lot easier to use that than customizing and dealing with single files and now the mod works and i'm having a awesome time, those who still have mod issues I suggest u download mod manager for NTW

Sorry lad, try restarting yer pc, it could help, yer pc would reload overand fix brokin files or errors. If that don't work reinstall the program
