    Icon5 Sub-mods for 6.2 Patch?

    I have recently installed the SS up to patch 6.2.4. However seeing some of the great sub mods available i decided to download and install some.
    But I cannot find any for the latest patch, depsite it being around for quite a long time now.
    When i did try installing some (Byzantine units, SS total war mod for example) i get a CTD on the splash screen.
    Are there any 6.2.4 submods or am i being stupid?

    You're not being stupid. The majority of submods were developed for 6.1

    just seems odd thats all, especially since its been out for almost 2 years now!
    i mean i tried your 2 mods but i just got a CTD

    Hell_Bent,

    As Caesar stated, there are few sub mods for you to install for 6.2. However you could 6.2 RR/RC, found in its own forum above. This sub mod created by Point Blank and includes lots of sub mods from 6.1. It includes improved AI, eye candy and new faction rosters. It really is superb and would explain why there are few standalone 6.2 sub mods

    ah ok... i might give that a go
    i've always been a bit wary of RR/RC because i really dont enjoy the small unit pools
    i've always think they detract from the fun.... the included submods does make it quite appealing.... il give it a go!
    its not like iv anything else goin on.... except for exams....
    haha
