Hi there! I'm playing as New Spain and have tried to start a revolution to create Mexico (in New Spain's home region). I did the routine (raise taxes, destroy buildings that create happiness etc.) but when a revolutionary army appeared in capital region, I didn't get the offer to join them or defend my current country. After that the Mexican army took my capital and the AI just gave me a new capital in Caracas . I know the problem is the fact New Spain is an unlocked faction which I'm guessing will mean there's less code written for it.

Anyone have any ideas how to start revolutions in newly unlocked factions?! Or is it simply just not possible?
