    Default Installation Files?

Whenever I install this mod (and it's subsequent patches), it creates new Start Menu folders for each patch, so I've got two or three folders for the Third Age: Total War mod in my Start Menu. It's not a huge deal, but I'm very nitpicky with this type of stuff.

This aesthetical issue can be solved easily. Just find the files that actually have content in, ie: The ones the game is using and delete the other empty files.

Problem solved, you now only have one set of files.

NB: This is assuming that the other file folders have been left behind after uninstallations, as is commonly the case.

They all have a file in it, called 'uninstall.exe', which I am assuming can be used to uninstall each patch.

You only need one "Uninstall.exe" file for each patch.

Besides, deleting the program file is much more effective than uninstalling

That wasn't my question though; my question was, is there a way to stop the patches from creating separate Start Menu folders?

Don't mean to nag, but this problem still eludes me.
