I am not sure where you live, but Joe Biden is famous for sticking his foot in his mouth, repeatedly. I am sure this escapade had the blessings of Obama, but still.

Yeah but Quayle was like the little kid in a candy store idiot, Biden is actually self aware and thinks he is a leader.
