sarmatian problem, please help guys

hey guys i having a serious problem, i currently playing as the sarmatian's. i seem to get good couple of games. Then the eb devil comes, and says i'll let you play the game then ctd at the end.

as the clear victory comes i leave it till the victory music stops hit the tick and bang CTD. Its becoming a real game breaker when i work my b*lls of to get a heroic victory only for it to crash.

yep its patched , was installed on a clean install and no mini mods. any ideas guys

I sort of have the same problem, and I've heard that waiting about ten seconds before you finish the battle will help (because of memory dump? dunno, not a techie
I've tried it, and it seems to work most of the time.

That problem of CTD after battles is not in reach to the team. As Biggieboy says, waiting will decrease the chance of having it, but it will always be there. Another aspect you have to bear in mind is your current RAM, high values will furthermore decrease the chance of getting post-battle CTD's.
If your RAM is kind of small, think of increasing it, either by buying or by increasing the pagefile.
The addons of RTW, BI and ALEX, have fixed this problem to a minimum.

Well, I've got a pretty badass computer... If Clinton were still in office.

But I never get CTDs after battles, quite possibly because I always study the additional information scroll to check the kills and deaths to help judge unit effectiveness and such. That tends to eat up at least 30 seconds so I never CTD after battle - it only happens when I boot the game up, generally. There's maybe a 1/3 or 1/4 chance of having to boot EB twice for some reason.
