I'm not a modder but I tried to modify the french marines, and I gave the same gunner uniform to all crew member... as you I think that NTW deserved some better crew uniforms...

here I've modified both spanish and french marines crew with some db things, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rj42F-u5yxg cause they are so ridiculous in the vanilla version...

but my dream would be a full reskin of french and spanish crew by sir digby...

add line mod "mod_caesar_british_naval.pack"; in your preference script (user/appdata(may be hiden file)/roaming/the creative assembly/napoleon/scripts/preferences). and then lock the line in the properties by ticking "read only" .

Would it be possible to have Royal Marines incorporated as a Land Unit at coastal ports only. After all they were used to Garrison the Lines of Torres Vedras and played some role during the Peninsular War.
