I'd say we are up to about 90% finished now.
PSFs 60%
EDB 90%
EDU 60%
Coding 60%
Family Trees more than 40%
Scripting 95%
PSFs/Map: you can see Resurrection's progress here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=469217
In one month he has done most of western Europe which is more than half of the overall PSFs in the campaign. The other areas I am told will be much easier due to there being more space in areas such as Africa and the Steppe.
EDB: The tech tree is looking pretty intense actually. We still only have placeholder pictures for most of it, which means we don't have anything to show for screenshots unfortunately. I just spoke briefly with Uanime5 a few days ago and I think he is hoping to be finally done in the next week.
Guilds: We have one guy doing all the guilds work himself and this is actually a complex job since it connects with several different areas such as scripting, coding, tech tree, units, traits etc. In any case, his ideas are incredible and having recently joined he really took our basic pipe-dreams and made them very strong solid and far richer pieces of work. He is just in the testing phase now and those files will be added to the mod folder within a week or two I think.
EDU: I'm not had confirmation from Prince_Valiant on how much he actually has done in the last few weeks but he is moving very quickly now due to a new technique he has, which really speeds up the work. He is also coding the units into the tech tree, which makes things easier for Uanime5, and means we can start running tests on recruitment and everything that allows us to do.
Coding: Titles and offices coding has just been done, we are just adding the images for the ancillaries. We are now about to code historical ancillaries, and then I think we will do non-family start date characters, events and that kind of thing. Some of our research for that last one seems to have been misplaced which I am a bit upset about, but we will have to spend a few days on administration, organising things and getting rid of duplicates and formatting everything correctly before we produce the code. All of these tasks are pretty straightforward though, they are just a bit tedious to create. Still our coding work, thanks to a new tool the team has developed means that we can do this almost instantly as soon as we format the research. I'm probably talking Chinese to most of you now... anyway...
Family Trees: This has been very advanced, both research and implementation. Some of the realities have been heartbreaking. Due to the max age limit of characters in the game engine, it restricts to how far we can go back to before the mod. For instance, the start date faction leader might have a family tree that goes back four generations and that original ancestor has had offspring generation after generation- it means that we can include very distant noble families in the faction family tree. We had some problems with this, but we have solved most of them now, and we are sure that we have the largest amount of advanced family trees in any mod. The department is split between two guys, one of them says that his half is 70% done.
Scripting: You can see Meneth's systems here

We have also sorted several other scripts such as Civil War that link up to the way our title ancillaries work.
Some loose ends are things like the scripting for the autonomies in the tech tree, it's pretty important but we aren't sure if we can get it done in time for an alpha. This is mainly because we are so busy and confused we don't really have time to communicate with each other and watch what the other person is doing whilst we are racing towards completion. So it's more of a 'err does anyone know what's going on?' rather than a disappointment.
Think, that's all for now. I need to get some sleep. Laters guys
