Best TW game

This might be a little of topic but meh. I ask this question cus quite frankly I am not feeling the love in Napoleon total war or Empire total war, my favorite is medieval whats yours?

Medieval 2 is by far the best total war game that has been made so far

I have only played RTW, M2TW and ETW but I heard NTW was quite good.

I heard Napoleon is the Empire as it should be, all the anoying bugs solved etc... but without the grand campaign, only Napoleon campaign, that's the reason i didn't buy it...
Besdie that, i cannot decide between Empire and MEdieval 2 - would i have to chose betwenn TA and Empire, i probably would vote TA - but in this case i think i'm going for Empire, as it is (after one year and several patches, a quite good game )

Empire and Napoleon are Steam games, they are not Total War.
I voted Med2, but I still like Shogun, Rome and Med1 too.

I have played Med 2, Empire and Napoleon, and I like them all. Napoleon is the best presentation wise, the campaign of Empire has the most potential but the Mods for Med 2 make it stand out. TA and SS are what make Med 2 the best for me.

Having only played Empire + Medieval 2, I'd say Empire wins.

But Medieval 2 modded with Third Age > Empire.
