CTD, turn 78, I may have the problem already

Name of your issue - CTD
Is CTD repeatable? - Yes, it always happens.
CTD occured during the A) Year turn
What is you operating system - Windows 7 Home Professional 64-bit
What language version of the game do you have? - English
What year are you playing when CTD occurred? - Turn 78
What faction do you play? - Tzeentch Followers
What faction is creating the CTD - Rebels, I think, since it crashes at the end of their turn, every time.
Briefly describe the issue and add comments: I end my turn and the other factions move around, no problem. Then, it gets to the rebels, their heretics move around and when, probably the last one, not sure, moves somewhere, it crashes.

My log file and save are below, however, I've already searched the log file for errors and found this:

Could this be causing my woes? As in, the script can't find it, so it goes nuts?
How would I fix this error?
