Your Personal To-Do List
Some people, including myself, like to keep a to-do list or we forget what it is we need to do. You can do so in a notepad file if you like, or on Google Docs, but you're also welcome to use this thread to make a post and edit it to your liking so it lists the things you're working on.
You may also use this thread to remind devs about things that should be on their to-do list. Posts which contain reminders rather than to-do lists will be deleted once the item has either been added to a to-do list or has been stated as not being worked on at this time, so that the thread is kept relatively clean.
Due to the pending transition to version control software from our slipshod compiling and merging method up to this point, changelogs are already handled by way of file commits to the repository. That procedure will be explained at length in due time in a separate thread.

- Completion of guide "Development Process w/ Git and Trac" (Priority: High)
- Team Administration
- Re-assessments of team assignments, productivity, and inactive developers (Priority: High)
- Update Research Tasks and 2D Artist Tasks threads. Create similar threads for Coding and Unit/Building Art. (Priority: High)
- Go through all thread discussions and compile lists of tasks defined through discussion as applicable to the above task threads or my own to-do list. (Priority: High)
- Public Relations
- Refinement and editing of Preview Scroll Four: Tibetan Kingdoms. (Priority: High)
- Updating all of our old stickies and previews to reflect the most current information. (Priority: High)
- Definition of scope and timeframe for release of Preview Scroll Five (Priority: Medium)
- Tools
- Development and refining of Kingdoms Sentinel (Priority: High)
- Development and refining of Recruitment Pool Manager (Priority: Medium)
- Modding
- Creation of folder for project.
- Removal of Ghurid faction, addition of Srivijaya and Sena, re-distribution of cultures. Removal of Papal States(hopefully). Possibly also the addition of more challenge factions if I'm in a groove with it.
- Reductions of unnecessary placeholder images in areas such as general portraits or buildings which don't have culture-unique looks in order to decrease overall folder size. (Priority: High)
- Temporary placement of recruitable units in EDB with basic parameters for all factions in order to allow some activity until such time as the recruitment pool manager is complete for more complex operations. (Priority: High)
- Expansion of EDU/BMDB to incorporate placeholder units for all eventual units on roster, as described in Unit Phenotypes, in order to allow for map placement and campaign utilization of nearest neighbor units so that progress isn't hindered. (Priority: High)
- Development of Economics Package so as to provide a foundation for campaign map activity. (Priority: High)
- Development of Religion System and accompanying systems so as to provide cultural foundations. (Priority: High)

- Technical Administration
- Re-assessment of miscellaneous software installed on AUH webspace, such as the wiki, and its possible role in the new development approach. Update Website & Features thread accordingly. (Priority: Medium)
- Creation of AUH Website front and some basic informational pages. (Priority: Low)

- Formulation of some basic tutorials to get more developers involved with the coding aspect of the mod (Priority: Medium)
- Inquiry into the nature of team delegation and possible methods to insure active involvement and continuity do not rely solely on the mod leaders, as facilitated by the new development approach. (Priority: Medium)

- Update to ModDB page to coincide with the release of Preview Scroll Four (Priority: Medium)
- Exploration of possible means to publish fluid updates to mod followers via mediums such as e-mail subscription, forum thread subscription, or Twitter. (Priority: Low)

- Creation of a set of AUH balancing algorithms utilizing EDU-Matic Advanced (Priority: Medium)
- Experiment with plausibility of Faction Installer using a definitive EDU-Matic ruleset and a unit tables database. (Priority: Low)

- Determine a definitive approach to general unit recruitment and AOR, subject to special cases, and implement the buildings necessary for the approach. See here and here (Priority: Medium)
