Hi i'm new and i looked through everything on the tech help but couldn't find my prob

i can start the game but not the imperial or provincial campaigns and when i quit it says error in C: ,Program files ,The Creative Assembly, Rome-Total war, data, world,maps, campaign, imperial campaign, descr_strat, line 25 collum1

You didn't read/follow the installation instruction correctly. Your version of RTW/BI is not patched properly to 1.5/1.6 before installing RS.
