Chris Ryan's Strike Back

Ok so this 6 part TV series based on the books started with two episodes yesterday on Sky 1 and Sky HD, I watched it and thought it was really good some good Ol SAS kicking Ass, so did anyone else manage to see it?

No, but I heard mixed reviews. I will however check it out. I've read some Andy McNab and Sean Ryan books before. They're very rich on embellishment by all accounts, but are never the less good reads. And it can't hurt to watch.

Does Sky1 have something similar to BBC iPlayer or 4oD at all?

If you've already subscribe to SKY you can download the Skyplayer onto your PC, it's available on that.

On an unrelated note, I actually know one of the blokes who went in at the Iranian embassy.

My dad does two a few of them were his mates, as he trained the TA SAS

I watched this. I enjoyed it. Pretty cool twist at the end.

I thought it was good. Looking forward to next episode.
