    I can't believe Rodriguez is actually making a movie out of his mock trailer in Grindhouse.
    This has been the intention for quite some time. Seems like an awesome idea to me, we need more 80s old-school style action movies instead of this parkour crap we are constantly having to see.

    If this movie has a mediocre plot and ridiculous over the top action and one liners I will be entertained. Kinda like Commando.

    rofl are they actually making this into a movie? I guess quentin tarantino's fake machete preview during grindhouse actually drummed up enough interest to make a real movie...unless this is another elaborate gag.

    Which is a bit silly since the inspiration for the original trailer were 70s exploitation flicks, not 80s action movies.

    After seeing paparazzi pics of Lohan on set wearing a flesh colored bikini top though, I'm afraid the rumors of a topless scene are unfounded.

    I think the intention was that this was always going to be a movie, really right after grindhouse came out they said they want to make this a feature.
