Question?

Ok this might not be the place to ask this, but I really need some help. I'm very bad with computers especially when I have no directions. Basically what I want to do is change some stats on units in my game. Like a higher reloading skill, accuracy, etc. I have no clue how though there is like 5 different editors that I don't know how to work or what they are for and there are no real clear directions. So please help with my aforementioned promblem. Please and Thank you.

You need for this the Pack File Manager and DB Editor. You can find the descriptions there. You find both in Tools, Tutorials & Resources.
