Cause of steam?

Always been able to DL stuff on steam at an average of 1.1mb/s
But now that i have installed E:TW,the updating switches from paused to a max of 100 or 200 kb
Mostly being paused

Ask Steam. Have you tried changing servers?

Seems that yesterday was really busy,first time that i had this problem in years....
But it's back to normal now..

@ IrishIron : Yeah did that with about 5 different countries,no luck

yesterday was release day for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 map pack which I think killed steam, should be ok going forwards.
